Appointments

Consultation requests can be made by email or phone. Where a HubSpot scheduling link is provided, you leave this website to choose a time and provide contact details to HubSpot and IESC. That service’s privacy terms apply. A consultation does not by itself reserve a site inspection.

Payments

Request the Clover payment instructions for your approved project. Where a Clover payment link is provided, payment information is entered on the provider’s checkout page. This website does not collect or store card details. Payment terms, retainer treatment and project-specific policies are addressed in the written engagement.

Property information

Start with a brief description. Arrange an appropriate transfer method before sending confidential reports, access codes or sensitive personal records. Report recipients and record handling are agreed as part of the engagement.

Website operation

No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are installed on this website. The hosting provider may process technical access information to operate the site. External scheduling and payment pages may use their own cookies and technical services.
